If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know right away so we can make it right!

We want your flower buying experience to be perfect, so please don't hesitate to call or email us and we will do our best to remedy any situation.
If a refund is in order, we can submit that right away.  Though, your bank or credit card company may take two to ten days to post the credit to your account.
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, refunds must be requested within 7 days of receipt of order.
